Who are we?
An NGO composed of hundreds of IAF’s reservist pilots from various professions – venture capitalists, entrepreneurship, education, and pubic service.
We have taken upon ourselves the challenge of harnessing the energy and abilities of this amazing group in order to promote Israel.
We come together to build Rakia, leadership academy based on two flagship programs (pre and post IDF), powered by IAF heritage, values and proven practices.
